I had a great experience working with Ellen from Keystone Tax and Accounting. Ellen is very professional and knowledgeable. I usually prepare my family tax return on my own. This year, however, we received a tax notice from the IRS, requesting additional payment for the 2016 tax year (the payment was substantial for our family budget). I decided to reach out for professional help, as this is not something I am familiar with. Ellen helped us prepare the letter-response to the IRS defending our 2016 tax return. In due course we received a letter from the IRS, stating that our case is closed and we owe $0. We were pleased with the result and we enjoyed working with Ellen, as she made the process very easy for us.
