I have been training with Karen for around 6 months now and I can honestly say I'm in the best shape of my life. This is after years of joining every gym/class in town and working with other trainers. She is very knowledgeable and asks pointed questions each week about how you are feeling so that she can adapt your exercise plan to your specific needs. I've never had this level of attention to detail and it is really showing in my progress. I highly recommend her. She is also just delightful to spend time with so the workout flys by!

Karen is extremely professional and knowledgeable about physical fitness and wellness. She listens carefully to your needs and physical/medical limitations, and reaching your desired goals, with the ultimate goal of always feeling good about yourself. I have definitely gotten stronger over the months I have been working with her and people have commented on how toned and more defined I look. And on top of all that, she’s very nice and I love that she comes to my house with all the gear. Highly recommend!

I take a weighted workout class with Karen and I can honestly say she has inspired my fitness goals. At 66 I am a recent retiree and found myself with extra time that I wanted to dedicate to my health and wellbeing. I have always been an avid walker but after some research I found there was so much more I could be doing. Enter Karen. Karen has helped transform my outlook on what I am capable of accomplishing when it comes to fitness. Some days we are doing 400 squats and with her motivation and encouragement I complete every single one. I have noticed a significant difference in my strength and I am not ashamed to say it, my derriere. I confided in Karen that I was experiencing some pain in my back and hip (not because I'm a young 66 but because I worked at a desk for several years). To ensure I could continue with class effectively Karen sent me additional exercises I could do to help alleviate the pain. She didn't have to do this, outside of class I'm not her problem, but she genuinely cares about the success and wellbeing of her clients. No matter your phase of life I would highly recommend Karen for any of your fitness training needs. She will not only hear your goals and help you achieve them, she will do it with a little humor to keep it fun. Karen is the best. She a wonderful, fun, and knowledgeable trainer. Not only does she workout alongside you, she tailors each workout to your injuries, needs, and goals. I’ve been training with her for over a year and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my overall strength and endurance. More than that, she a good human. I love working out with Karen and would recommend her as a trainer to anyone, at any fitness level.

I can’t say enough good things about Karen. She’s very professional and takes time to really find out what your issues are so that she can design a personal program for you, starting at your level. I signed up with a friend which helped to make us more accountable. Karen always made a point of checking in after a workout to make sure we we on the right track, so she could make adjustments if needed for next session. She has so much knowledge and experience with exercise physiology, also is super positive and really fun. I highly recommend her service.

I’ve been training with Karen for several months now and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer regardless of your current fitness level and what type of training you’re looking for- she does it all! Not only is Karen an expert in her field, she is supportive and encouraging. I was nervous when I started because I’m middle aged and not regularly active. She quickly put me at ease as she we worked on my mobility, strength training, balance, and stamina. She’s great at explaining what muscle each set is working on and why form is so important. She knows her stuff and is in a class of her own for sure!
