If you are severely or moderately depressed avoid her. She is a typical, go by the book try deep breathing, get out of the house more, go to a website for the clinically depressed to find groups like you kind of clinician with little to offer...except a lot of awkward silences. Essentially, she did and knows nothing, especially how to get to her office. At night, she neglected to tell me the buildings lights were off so I couldn't see the address in addition to giving me the wrong directions, and seemed annoyed I couldn't find her office. Not good for someone suffering from an anxiety order, because you'll certainly have one after seeing her. Not a bad person, just not a good clinician unless you have very minor issues and I don't, so even then, I couldn't tell you how good she is.
