JT's passion & enthusiasm for kids & coaches is contagious. I've coached hockey, baseball, softball & soccer going on 6 years now. The training applies to all sports. JT changed how I approach my athletes & how I prepare for practice. I was most impressed by how practical his lessons are. I was able to put them to use the very next day. I continue to grow & learn from his books as well. For beginners & seasoned coaches alike, I recommend learning from JT. I'm a better coach because of his mentoring.

I found Coach JT to be highly engaging while delivering really important messages to both the student athletes and parents who were present at his session. His passion and empathy come through as an educator and mentor first, and I believe that the lessons he has to teach are valuable for coaches, players, and spectators across the board. In particular, with the high school group he was addressing in the session I attended, Coach JT capped the session with a reminder about social media that I think the current generation of incoming student athletes doesn't fully understand but need to learn. Incredible session. Incredible teacher.

I truly enjoy the energy, tact and passion JT presents at his coaching seminars.
It was refreshing to see a mordern approach to over come the challenges coaches face today.

I grew up playing many different sports and am now coaching children in baseball. I was so nervous going into it until I heard JT the Mentor's talk.

JT coached us on how to coach children in baseball, but I have already implemented these "golden" tools toward ALL other relationships in my life, including with my husband and our 8 year old daughter.

He very much connects with everyone he talks to and meets them on all of their different levels.

Thank you for teaching me how to "set the table" and meet my players where they are standing right now THEN taking them to where THEY want to go. Your messages are powerful! It was my biggest pleasure sitting in on your talk and shaking your hand at the end.

Spending a few hours with JT at a workshop he hosted for our high school soccer program was nothing short of amazing. I say this because he presented ways in which I can help the players and the teams I coach develop with the self-mastery approach, rather than just focusing on the scoreboard.
