For many years, I knew I needed to do something about my fitness as I was getting out of shape due to a stressful job and poor eating habits. I have been training with Johanna since Aug 2022. The workouts are interesting, unique to my body, my needs, and challenging. She is mindful of prior injuries or issues like neck or back, to design my personal goals, careful about correcting poor techniques or posture while exercising. My young son – 6 years old enjoys a lot in her kids – fitness classes, helps him on sleeping, eating habits. She has credible knowledge and I highly recommend her fitness program. Allez – lets go!
