Jennifer has been incredibly helpful and has provided insightful and supportive guidance for me in my past few years visiting her practice. I was about to write off therapy forever until I found Jennifer. She is kind, empathetic, an active listener, and handles each situation with utmost care, consideration, and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is in need. As of the time of this review she works with Kaiser, which has enabled me to see her on a consistent basis.

Finding Jennifer has been one of the biggest blessings for me! I started with Jennifer during such a major transitional point in my life and truly do not know how I would have navigated so many changes without her help. I find myself looking forward to my sessions even years later knowing that I will always get the help I need. Not only have my individual sessions been transformational for my life and way of thinking, but the couples sessions that are available were really the cherry on top. I truly appreciate the consistency, flexibility, and reliability that this practice offers!

Working in a field that often needs referrals for professional psych services, I can not recommend Jennifer Flood & her team enough. Bringing to their team diversity, flexibility, and client-centered focuses I know that whoever I refer is going to be in great hands. In a time where therapeutic services are limited, Jennifer has built a practice with team members that serve their patients in a way I don't often see. They work to expand their services to meet their clients' needs, have weekend in person and remote availability, and make sure to put the clients needs above their own. Will continue to refer friends, family, and clients to her team!

I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer Flood's practice and her team of clinicians. Having worked with Jennifer professionally both in a clinical and consulting setting, I have always been impressed by her high-quality standards and genuine care for those served. The team of clinicians is specially hired for their excellence in providing therapy, but also the subjective factors: folks who are warm, friendly, open-minded, supportive of their colleagues, and always eager to learn more in order to expand their impact for others. The administrative staff has always been helpful, kind, and efficient. What I love most is the genuine support presented here, whether you are a client or a clinician: Jennifer pours love into her team and I have called her myself many times when needing additional clinical expertise or simply reassurance in this difficult field. Clinicians in Jennifer's practice are encouraged to grow and expand in their unique interests which have provided incredible client resources, such as: Ketamine-assisted therapy, group therapy, Faith-integrated therapy, somatic/mindfulness and spirituality, brain-spotting, EMDR, latest research in brain science, trauma, etc., etc. Jennifer's practice is full of life and love, experienced by both team members and clients alike. As a psychiatric provider in the area, I have referred multiple patients to Jen Flood’s group of therapists. I have no reservation in referring patients to her group as I know that they will receive the highest level of compassionate and competent psychological care. Patients have consistently given positive feedback on the therapy that they have received and lasting changes that they have made in their lives. Jen’s group of therapists have multiple areas of expertise and work with a wide range of ages and issues. They offer individual, group, and couples’ counseling. Jen is incredibly professional, responsive, caring, and kind. Her group has been a tremendous resource for patients and the community. I have worked in the mental health field for 10+ years and I can say that without a doubt, her group of therapists are the best in town.

I have seen Dr. Jennifer Flood for 2 years now and she is incredible therapist! I truly wish I could give 6 stars because she deserves it. She is respectful, professional, personable, and just an amazing person to talk to. The relationship we built seems so unique and sincere which helps me so much to talk openly.
I do my therapy remotely and the program they use is so easy. I just click on the link in my email when it’s time for my appt and I’m in!
