I was looking for a new therapist to help me with my phobias and I called UHC Dual Complete to give me a list of therapists that took my insurance. And Mrs. Benton's name came up. Now I know insurance always have incorrect information on people so I crossed checked that with Psychology Today. Everything seemed to line up and I contacted Inspire 2Be. It took over a week before I heard from April. I don't know April's background but she doesn't seem to familiar with people who have Medicare and Medicaid that's part of an advantage plan. She emailed me saying that Mrs. Benton patient was full. But if I had insurance I could be placed on a waiting list. I said I have insurance told her what it was. Took her another few days to tell me they don't accept my insurance. I said that's fine. But if they could inform UHC that they don't accept Medicare to get them off the list was given so nobody gets their time wasted. She emailed me again saying she didn't know about that. Maybe they do accept it but she would need to talk to the billing department. I never heard from her again.

Finding Mrs. Benton for my daughter was the best thing that could have happened to our family. She is so kind and supportive and thoughtful among many other things. I have seen a shift in my daughter’s attitude about life and people in general and it’s the best thing!! I must also mention Mrs. Benton secretary, April, who is professional and kind and so very helpful!! They are a God send of a team and I highly recommend!!

Dacia is AMAZING!!! She has helped me get out of a very dark and scary place when I was battling anxiety & depression. I didn't know what was going on with me, I just knew I was not happy and needed help. I was experiencing debilitating panic attacks daily (sometimes multiple times in a day). I was also on anxiety meds and antidepressants but it wasnt enough. I needed more help. Dacia is very caring and so personable. I feel that she genuinely cares about her clients, and really gets to know them during their sessions. I haven't had a panic attack in over 2 years and no longer need antidepressants or anxiety medication. Whenever I have my therapy sessions with Dacia, I feel heard and validated. She has equipped me with the tools that I needed to get to and stay in a healthy mental state. She has done so much for me and my family, just by getting me back to a healthy place mentally. She has guided me through one of the most difficult times in my life and words can't describe how grateful I am. Thank you Dacia and Inspire 2Be You Counseling for everything that you have done and continue to do for me.
