I have been a client here since 2019 and I cannot stress enough how incredible they’ve been. The whole team is helpful, kind, and empathetic. I see Victoria and I can’t recommend her enough. She was so accommodating while I was in school and even more so now that I’ve started working. My schedule has always been a little wild and she’s always made time and space for me to do what I need to do. In our sessions, she is patient and thorough. She has the nicest way of challenging me where I need it while also giving me a loving space to work things through. This is the place for you!

Victoria puts you immediately at ease because her care is genuine. She gave our family very tangible techniques in dealing with self regulating, anger and many other emotions in order to better regain control, rather than staying unaware that emotions were in charge. She helped our foster child know feelings were just feelings and reject the shame factor they can destructively bring. We learned to better understand the array of emotions and discovered many roots of trauma &

My experience with insight therapeutic services has been one that I would recommend to anyone. The staff here are extremely caring and have gone out of their way to help me through a difficult time. Accepting the need for counseling was one that was hard but they definitely brought me ease and I have been successfully working through some things!
