Appointments are not needed but recommended if you are in a hurry. I walked in and did approx 15 min waiting to get my fingerprints done, and the process is super quick. I recommend bringing cash since debit and credit payments have a processing fee of 2.50 or something like that. Other than that, it's a pretty quick and friendly service.
