I would love to go to this class but unfortunately they make you take your shoes off. I have a foot problem and kicking a bag with out sneakers could hurt my feet or anyones. Let me know when you make accommodations for people like me

Love this place! Everyone who works there is super supportive, positive, and makes everyone feel welcome. They create a wonderful environment and the workouts are great and enjoyable. My teen daughter really enjoys it. I hope they add more class times, especially Saturday afternoon sessions.

Love this gym! The workouts are intense and challenging. The instructors help answer any questions and are always so encouraging toward my fitness goals. But most of all, the ILKB community is super friendly and hype each other up!

The instructor was super nice and walked me through everything! Everyone else in there was pretty nice and the studio wasn’t packed or overwhelming. The class was painful, but fun! It’s a good space for beginners!

Kickboxing is a blast! The instructors are energetic, fun and really helpful with beginners. Before you know it, the class is over. The place has a friendly vibe. I had no idea I’d love the classes as much as I do. And what a workout!! Thank you!

It’s my go to place if I want a good sweat! The boxing instructor is very down to earth and they cheer you up when you feel you can’t do more, I built up really good boxing foundation throughout the years of working out in the studio and toned up my upper arm A TON! Love it and still going strong 🙂

The format is a great workout. It's approachable to people with any level of experience with boxing/kickboxing. You can expect a challenging workout, but you're able to pace yourself to match your own fitness. The staff and trainers are friendly and professional. I'm a fan.
