Hortencia is a phenomenal therapist. Every session, I am constantly learning something new about myself and for that, I thank her. truly grateful to call her my therapist. Highly recommend!

My mom came here for her first appointment with a therapist ever and we came 30m early. No biggie. However the therapist was about an hour late even with texts and calls with no response back, while my mom was waiting there for her (she has issues with anxiety sometimes and will be nervous with new people). My mom heard footsteps on the stairs and went to go check if it was the therapist and it was. The therapist then gaslit her saying she was in her office the entire time and why didn't she just walk in. (She didn't see her through the glass door)

You don't just walk into someone's office especially someone you don't know. You have to let your patient know to come in even if you're not there. She is a diabetic and you made her wait in the 100s heat and then gaslit her? No thank you. Horrible service and will actively tell people not to come to her.
