Called 2 says ahead of my stay in solvang,to see if I could get my dot sitter for a couple hours and they did not answer. Called 2 days later whwn I needed my dot sitter and did not answer. They don't have system or website to see if I can board my dog there. Maybe it's a family farm idk. But went elsewhere . Not so happy with this false advertising that's for sure.
