I saw Dr. Uri for years to deal with emotional turmoil, anxiety, and past trauma. He is truly a one-of-a-kind practitioner. If you're looking for a more holistic approach to talk therapy, I strongly suggest you give him a try. His integration of talk therapy, energy therapy, keen intuition, and a unique understanding of how the mind and body work synergistically was a tremendous help for me when I was working through emotional issues that seemed to be affecting my physical health. Over the course of seeing him, both my mental and physical state improved dramatically. I also think he has a good balance of knowing when to jump in and guide you, when to empower you and suggest practices you can do on your own, and when to just sit back and listen and make sure you feel heard. The more I saw him, the more I began to understand myself, and the more I found that I was solving issues on my own or bringing new revelations to him. Personally I believe this empowerment to cultivate wellness on your own is what every practitioner should strive for.

I reached out to Uri for professional help, after years of struggling with emotional instability. Uri helped me tremendously by creating a safe space in which I felt heard, understood, in the most fundamental level I've ever experienced.
The work we've done together allowed me to reconcile my past, learn from my life experiences, and grow.
In addition, Uri and I worked together with the IPEC therapy method to overcome certain physical issues I was dealing with (massive hair loss, hemeroids, over weight).

Uri is a professional in the utmost sense of the word. His services may not be cheap, but his time is worth every penny, because he just understands you, and is not afraid to dig deep to get to the root cause of issues, to help you solve them forever.

Also, meeting via Skype video calls was super convenient for my busy schedule.
