They have excellent teaching strategies, stress free and accommodating. Ms Brandy is one of a kind teacher and a good hearted. And all the staff even the Founder of this school are kind and compassionate.

I just finished my CNA training with heart2serve and the last 22 days were so much fun. Joanna is so nice and is very helpful with any questions. Mr. V , the instructor, was so funny and always made sure the class was having a good time and that we understood everything we were learning. I also made friends along the way (: . 10/10 would recommend! Although the prices are affordable for training, there are sponsors who will pay for it and guarantee a job afterwards!

I took the CNA training course at this institute. You definitely get more than what you paid for. Joanna was very helpful throughout the application process. She walked me through it every step of the way. They offer different payment plans to help you pay for tuition. They also have a scholarship program for students who are interested. Tony is an amazing instructor! He teaches more than what's required. He makes sure that you have a good understanding of what's going on before moving on to the next. He preps you well for every possible scenario you might encounter on the job. After finishing this course, I felt beyond confident about my skills.

I took the CNA course in this institute and it was so great that I came back for CHHA classes. For CNA they offer morning classes and evening ones as well, which is extremely convenient for people that are already working. Nanci is one of the instructors and she is very nice and patient. She teaches with so much detail to make sure you don't have any doubts after the lesson. When you still have questions she is willing to work with you one on one and make sure all your questions get answered. Tony in the other instructor. He is amazing, he enjoys teaching and goes over the information very thoroughly. He knows it all, and always has the answer for any question you have. He is very energetic and makes the class super fun and engaging which makes it so much easier to learn. Joanna handles all the paperwork amazingly. She constantly reminds you about any documentation you need, and makes sure that you are aware of what to expect on test day as well. She also informs you about sponsors so you can get your certification for FREE. If you prefer to not be sponsered she can inform you of multiple payment options available to you. I 100% recommend this place for anyone trying to get their CNA or CHHA.
