Very jealous of their business model! Friendly and accommodating, interesting doing the whole thing without an instructor. You'll actually have to do good compressions to pass! Would be nice if they added a pediatric mannequin eventually.

Very convenient certification program. The hands on portion was well explained & I could easily access the room/devices that I needed to complete my ACLS certification. Would definitely use for future certifications!

Was very helpful getting me going. Im never doing online again. BE careful ordering or your $250 ACLS and BLS. It can easily be over $1000 for nothing you need. Very confusing. Talk to them first

I have been getting certified for my BLS and ACLS from Heart Start CPR since 2018 and I always go back to Heart Start because of how easy it is to enroll in the classes, they always have lots of different days and times available for me to choose from, I always learn a lot from the online and hands on portion of the class, and they are always very responsive to my emails.
