Wasn't up front about pricing and not great communication. Went to H&R- cheaper and saved more on taxes. Just my personal experience.

I was so thrown off by the fee, $575 for a simple head of house , was not expecting to be charged an extreme amount for a simple return. Took a 3rd of my tax refund so definitely won’t be returning at all. Asked beforehand the charges and never got an answer back.

Wanted to charge me 375.00 for one year. Took 5 min. Of course I walked out shaking my head. I just had my taxes done for 2 years for 125.00. What a joke.

Went in for capital gains form for house sale and was quoted 125 dollars,come in a month later and form still not done and wanted 1000 dollars for a 1040 filled out,I'm on SSD and she tried to take advantage of my not knowing what I needed to file,absolute crook in my book,go anywhere else
