Jeff is a life-saver. He went above and beyond by setting up my office's network, several server-based programs, my VOIP phone system, wireless network, and several workstations. He was on top of everything and made my company a priority. He is quick to answer my calls and emails and usually gets an answer to me either immediately or within a day (depending on what the issue is). He continues to keep my system in good order and responds to my occasional "emergencies". I couldn't make a better recommendation.
