After just having 2 babies back to back and gaining lots of weight I have decided to get motivated, healthy and shed some pounds. These group workouts are amazing, trainers make you feel awesome, clean environment….I love them!! I enjoy learning new things and reasonings behind them. I am a why person so I like to know why and what they work. Lol. Love the motivation and push that all the trainers have and the hype Nat has too. Sometimes I am like really who has that much energy at 5am?! But it helps for sure! Love my Griffin team!

We as a family have and continue to workout here at Griffin Fitness, Russ, his wife and staff have always been such an encouragement. He is very thorough and shows personal interest in all our individual concerns, he helps us to stay focused and keeps us accountable in such an upbuilding and professional way, the classes available with Natalie are so great too she is full of so much energy and helps you feel you can push through the whole fast pace class, thank all for the continued support and encouragement. Incredible atmosphere, great knowledge, professional trainers. I’ve been working out with the team for close to 2years now and have since removed my blood pressure and cholesterol medication. Amazing studio! Griffin has gotten me back into the groove of working out and I am loving it. 5 months pregnant and still going strong, it's also been the most painless pregnancy so far and I attribute that to the workouts!
