I have nothing but the deepest respect and appreciation for the Goldberg & Osborne team. I showed up as a walk in and was met with a smile and “welcome” (I should have made an appointment) and my help was started immediately. Through out my whole experience I was met with patience and explanation of what each step was for and guidance with my electronic devices so this “low tech redneck” could communicate semi intelligently.
While my claim settlement will not be life altering I feel properly compensated for my pain and suffering. It was refreshing to know that if things had been worse I had great support and a caring team looking out for my well-being.
