Wait time almost 6 weeks from placing the order. I saw all the bad reviews, I've used them in the past with no problems. So I called asking how long will it be if I order they said 5 weeks maybe a bit longer. I know that's awhile compared to other bullion company's. Although I got my order in exactly the time stated. They were packed very well and in excellent condition. It's a wait but saved some money. This is a long game we are playing in bullion so to me it was worth the wait!

Update!!!
They recently banned my account for absolutely NO REASON! This company should be avoided at ALL COSTS!

Website says 5-8 weeks (not mad, cause i was warned). Ordered some bars, 4 weeks later no confirmation, no contact what-so-ever. A week after ordering from this company, i ordered bars from a more reputable seller, and recieved my product within a week of confirmation, with package tracking. Did i end up paying 10 dollars (total) more at the 2nd place, yes... but i personally think its worth it. Once my order from this store gets to me, ill never order from them again because i did my own research and found better.

All of the recent bad reviews are warranted. I had the same experience as everyone else. They tell you a time frame for shipping and the time comes and there is no shipping. You will have to threaten them with law enforcement action and they will send it right away.
Obviously they are having money issues and it's only a matter of time before they go belly up.
I guess they are using today's payments for orders that were placed weeks ago. This is like a game of musical chairs. Don't be caught without a chair (your precious metals) when the music stops (they go out of business).

I ordered 8 sleeves of silver American eagles June 4th and they said it would be 4-5 weeks then changed it to 7 weeks on their website, I have repeatedly called and emailed without receiving a response, I’m going to contact the Florida Attorney Generals office this week, this has completely changed my mind about online prices, it’s not a better deal when they don’t fullfill their obligation!

Update aug 1st, after posting my review within 2hrs they emailed me and assured me that mine order would ship in 3-5 business days so I held off on filing a complaint with the Florida attorney General’s office. They have requested my feedback in 2 emails and said to call if I have any further issues, still hasn’t been filled I called and was told it says 8 weeks now and that the supervisor who emailed me wasn’t available. I encourage everyone to file complaints and do business elsewhere until they get their problems resolved.
Take screenshots of all interactions at the time because they change their policy weekly

Update, they shipped my order late in the evening after posting the above review and the supervisor who wasn’t available emailed apologized and I got the order about 3 days later.

Received my order After 9 weeks from payment date, I called a few times and was given the " We told you on the site 5-8 weeks.

After 9 Weeks, they were sent a demand to deliver and I received the order.

I have purchased from many other dealers and mints over the years. Never have I dealt with this type of issue. I will never do business here again.
Caution, this is a LLC, if they fold you could possibly lose your investment !
