Thank god for Forthright bookkeeping and Mary! After calling Mary she was able to meet with me in a timely fashion, prices were reasonable, and we were able to has out all issues that are QuickBooks Online and Payroll. Thanks to a few hours with Mary all of our small business tax prep is ready, all of our longstanding QuickBooks accounting issues are solved finally, and not only is this year done but we are now in a much better place for 2020. Hello All!
I would like to write a thoughtful review for one of the most amazing Bookkeepers (and people) I have had the blessing to come across.

I was hired as an Admin for a long distance company (not very honest people as it turned out) and they wanted me to start taking over the QuickBooks and help them get things set up. Well, I had already met Mary and knew she was the right person to untangle the mess they had and put them in honest working shape… and would do it fast as well as efficient and lacking errors!

I did not have the experience to do this in-depth kind of work and Mary’s mind quickly absorbs and wraps around what is going on, but most amazingly is how she intuitively and expertly knows how and where to find the issues and what to do to fix them and put you back on track. Her ability astounds me and her brain is one that I have the utmost respect for and am in awe of! Trust me! I do not hand that kind of compliment out lightly or often.

So she did just as I described above and uncovered stuff that the owner was not aware of… unfortunately, they panicked and did not treat her with the respect or gratitude she earned and deserved. I was ashamed and embarrassed to have brought her into the mess, however, neither of us regretted it as it was a journey for sure!

I am so grateful for her grace and kindness throughout the whole process and there were 2 years of tangled mess she fixed in a little over a month, with only being allowed to work on things 2 days a week. She has kept the confidentiality of the ‘issues’ to this day and fixed everything they needed that she could possibly do or was given the information to do.

She has my highest regard and my eternal respect and I cannot stress enough to anyone who reads this that if you are looking for Excellence in skills, work style, ethics and confidentiality you CANNOT find anyone better than Mary!

Big or small she can do it all!

Last but not least she is a phenomenal trainer and has a way of teaching and explaining things that just gets your juices flowing and your understanding knowing! So if you are looking for training I highly suggest you call her for that service as well!
