I was in the area and this was the closest gym to me so I decided to stop by. The manager Abbi ? Was extremely helpful. He gave me a tour and I really appreciated his honesty. Unfortunately, I thought the gym had a sauna/steam room but found out they had neither. The gym itself was not that big but they did have an outdoor area with a lot of equipment.

Looking for a gym with hardworking members who are into training? I was a member at three different gyms in the area and this one checks all marks. Clean, well-ventilated, outdoor and indoor area, four squat racks and most importantly staff and members who are into lifting.

Wanted to try out the gym using the free day trial and the workers said that I was not allowed to despite the sign advertising it out front. Terrible marketing.
Edit: this is a review of your business, not a call and response. Just because you reply to all the reviews doesn’t mean that your company isn’t flawed. No I won’t be coming back I was considering purchasing a year membership but instead I’m going to be taking my business to somewhere that cares about their customers like body kinetics!

Trained here for one year. You’ll find the most remarkable group of trainers, staff and members here. They have everything you need from free weights, machines, massage chairs, indoor and outdoor sections, etc. They’re constantly upgrading their facilities. I would highly recommend this facility if you’re looking to change your life, Your journey starts here.

I had joined Fitness SF hoping for a great gym experience, but I was sorely disappointed with the lack of privacy in the shower facilities. In this day and age, it's shocking that there are no private shower stalls or curtains available. The open layout of the showers makes for an uncomfortable and awkward experience, especially during peak times when the gym is crowded. It's baffling that a modern gym wouldn't prioritize basic privacy for its members. Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend Fitness SF to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful gym environment.
