Personal training is just that, personal. So I’ll start by sharing where I was when I first met w Natasha before getting into how she got me to where I am today... I was a new mom getting to know my new, post-baby body. Only, my son was over a year old and I had already attempted to get myself back in shape after a few baby-related body injuries and non-baby related accountability challenges. Fortunately, this was not a new story to Natasha. Sitting in my living room getting to know each other, Natasha was sensitive to my challenges but combatted my accountability issues with motivation. This balance continued into my first official training session and beyond. Natasha created workouts specifically for my current ability level to work toward my goals. Natasha was flexible with her schedule, mixed up the workouts so I was never bored, catered to my music preferences and kept me ready to come back for more. I never felt like I was going to pass out, couldn’t finish a workout, or like she was going easy on me. Natasha somehow knew what I needed at every session and left anything else at the door.

I had never done a weight lifting session in my life. After 12 weeks of working with Natasha, my motivation, accountability and ENJOYMENT of working out, taking time for myself and taking care of my body is at an all-time high. I highly recommend anyone, new mom or not, who wants to get back in touch with their body, to meet with Natasha.

Natasha is the best personal trainer! She always seems to know exactly how much to challenge me and she keeps it interesting. One of my favorite aspects of her program is that it also includes online coaching- she sends me online workouts tailored just for me throughout the week. This is a huge part of why this program works for me both because of my busy schedule and because of my budget. I can do one regularly scheduled full session with Natasha every week and then do the online sessions on my own and fit them in with my schedule, which changes from day to day. I definitely recommend this program with Natasha for anyone: busy stay at home Moms and Dads who are working around kids schedules, busy professionals, even people who travel a lot can do the online workouts anywhere, and people who maybe can’t fit into their budget a personal trainer 5 days a week but also don’t like working out in crowded gyms. I have been working out with Natasha for less than a year and have already seen amazing results which friends and family have also noticed!

Natasha is awesome! She’s patient, funny but serious, focused on the results you want and she is by your side to obtain them. She’s also training my husband and she’s actually the only PT who succeed with him. My husband is not easy but she managed to keep him focused and consistent. 💪💪💪
