I started working with Emma in 2017. She became my trainer right after I tore my ACL and exceeded my expectations in how accommodating she was to my recent injury; it was clear that she did her research about such an injury and created workouts accordingly. One of the biggest things that I appreciate about Emma as a trainer and a friend is her continued efforts to push me to be the best me I can be. I have also had the great pleasure of watching her fulfill one of her dreams of starting her own business called Find Your Fit. Emma has created a fun, comfortable atmosphere, fully equipped with the necessities to reach my fitness goals. I am truly grateful I found Emma and look forward to loving my body even more as I continue working with her.

I feel so much more strong and confident since I began training with Find Your Fit!
I came to Emma after a few years of struggling to find a work out that would be possible with my neck and lower back injury. She's positive, encouraging and very knowledgeable, and I can't thank her enough for helping me get stronger and lessen my chronic pain. Training with Emma makes the journey to be the healthiest I can be not feel so daunting, and I feel more powerful and proud of my body than ever before!

Emma is a wealth of knowledge. She is so encouraging, even when I am being stubborn. She always helps me push through. She has customized a workout plan for me and my abilities and helped me become stronger and healthier. Her workouts are challenging, but still so fun. She just gets it, she gets me. Emma is the perfect trainer for me. I could not imagine going to anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend her! You NEED her in your life, as a trainer, and an amazing support system. She will help you succeed.

I’ve have routinely exercised for nearly 20 years – running, swimming, cycling, crossfit, weight training you name it. I’ve never been able to achieve such balanced results from any other work out schedule than I have with Find Your Fit. The work outs require you to gain focus, balance and stamina but in return you have a low impact way of truly improving your fitness and overall health.
