I made sure to pay my balance in full through the portal after my last appointment. One week later I’m being forced to pay for another session due to an error in their system. I’ve tried to explain my balance was zeroed out but no one seems to care.

This has been a wonderful place for healing. We've worked with a few of the therapists here, I'm grateful to them. With that said Tim literally is so unbelievably good at his job. You feel his support and care every session. I've been to therapy before and I've never appreciated a therapist more than this man. I've gone in feeling totally defeated and left feeling calm, ready to take on the day and happy. He is professional yet personal which is a hard combo. My spouse and I are definitely clients for life.

I started going to Family Strategies when I was 15 years old until I was 18 in the Band Of Brothers group. I am 21 years old now. Floyd and his team at Family Strategies absolutely changed my life! They poured into all of us boys and gave us practical tools to use everyday in our lives, tools that I still use to this day. When I was 15, I was in a very dark place, I didn't like being at home, and Floyd and the people at Family strategies made me feel like I had a safe and honestly very fun place to be for a few hours every Wednesday. I was a popular kid at that time and could've been doing anything on a Wednesday night, but I can say without a doubt that this was my favorite day of the week because I got to go to Band Of Brothers. I want to sincerely say thank you to Floyd, Eric, and all of the staff at Family Strategies for helping me get my life back on track. I originally came to family strategies for tools and to get some help on how to better parent one of my children. Family Strategies has become so much more than just that! We now have had multiple whole family sessions and Abbie has helped us all in creating a better dynamic in our home. She has been such an asset in helping us navigate this life and parenting children. Since unfortunately these kiddos don’t come with operation manuals attached. 🙂

Our first therapist was okay the first few sessions. But by our last session he seemed disinterested. Ended the session early and even made a "joke" about decapitating me. We were assigned a new therapist because first left. He was not relatable, didn't read any notes from previous guy. So we had to spend over 100$ for the session to start ALL OVER again. Very frustrating experience.

My wife and I had been to counseling twice during the tenure of our relationship. Neither instance provided much value, with previous therapist being vague or opaque in conversation or with actions to help or repair the issues at hand. Having said this, we were hesitant to seek therapy a third time but our relationship was close to a breaking point and we needed help. My wife found Family Strategies and we started counseling with Tim the next week. Tim is always engaged and attentive to the conversation at hand. His advice and feed back is candid and helpful although not always easy to hear. The truth hurts is a true statement. My wife and I are now in a much better place as result of Family Strategies and Tim with the cadence of our visits going from weekly to monthly. Beyond Tim, all interactions with the front desk have been timely, accurate and professional. I can honestly say with confidence that I will recommend this facility and their staff for anyone seeking help in the facets of therapy they may serve.

I have to say I am very impressed with the care my husband and myself have received. We both have delicate situations and both of our therapists have handled them extremely well. We both often talk about how much our lives have changed since we found Family Strategies. I highly recommend this group of individuals. I also want to point out the welcoming and tranquil atmosphere as soon as you enter the office. It really put all my fears at ease about discussing my intimate, most deepest insecurities.
