Probably the SAFEST school in Orcutt and Santa Maria. This Orcutt center is a high school “blended” program of support classes, Hancock courses, and independent/online course. Support class sizes are usually less than 10 students! How’s that for individualized help! And the student to teacher ratio is less than 25-to-1. Compare that to a traditional high school ratio of about 150-to-1. Small schools rule!

Family Partnership is an amazing personalized learning program. People think it's a home study program but it's not. It is on the needs of the student and next year the model of the school will have a 3 day program with a lot of enrichment programs. The teachers are amazing and really tend to the needs of each student!

I personally find it to be a decent alternative to ordinary high school especially in Santa Maria and surrounding areas with all the nonsense from gang-related crime, the ridiculous and foolish teenagers are into these days. And it's difficult for any high school students to succeed without the distraction of stupidity that seems to be in epidemic.
