F45 Seven Oaks is great. I’ve been coming for almost 6 months and all the coaches are amazing. I know it’s minor but I really appreciate that they changed the water filter as soon as recommended. It’s a small thing but tasty, nobody likes drinking unfiltered water.

Great staff, supportive workout team members, and it's a very nice gym. It has all of the equipment, bells, and whistles to help me achieve my fitness goals. The workouts were intense, but I felt so accomplished and so proud of myself at the end of each class thus far. I definitely will be returning!

I highly recommend you try this place! I started 2 weeks ago and I am already feeling stronger and have so much energy. I was skeptical to try it because I have very little fitness background but it has been such a fun and welcoming environment! It’s definitely not easy…but it is worth it!!!
