I can't say enough about F45 Novato!! One of the best workouts I have ever experienced and not only are the coaches so awesome but the owners Mike and Kyle are two amazing human beings. When I first found F45 Novato location they were getting ready to open (July 2023) and I wanted to try it out. I called and spoke to Mike and he was just so sweet and nice and gave me a free trial at their San Rafael location. Not only did he give me the trial but he came in person and worked out with me showing me the ropes :)) Now that is going beyond good customer service! That just really touched my heart and I went and bragged about them to not only my husband Sadi, my sister my brother and my neighbors too! If you are looking to join a community of people to workout with, connect and have a good time doing it, this place is it! Thank you Mike and Kyle for bringing F45 to Novato 😉 You guys ROCK!!!!

They are absolutely the best! I tried so many places and finally I found my home work place! I am still adapting to the exercises. They are so focus and determined to help you. Do yourself a favor and check this place out! I tried my first class on a whim a few months ago, and swore I'd never do it again because it kicked my butt! But something in me really wanted to try it again. A few months later, I am hooked! The workouts are fun, challenging and never boring. I've never been in better shape in my entire life. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Mike and Kyle, the owners, are so kind and welcoming to everyone and you can tell that they truly care about making this a great community for all of their members. Class sizes are good, never too crowded. The gym and bathrooms are always super clean, and all of the equipment is brand new and high quality. The music is also amazing!

I’ve been going to F45 Novato every day, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The workouts are killer and have made me feel stronger than ever. The best part is the amazing community—I’ve made so many friends here. Shoutout to the awesome coaches like Andrew, Elyse, Jenny, and Arlon, who are super supportive and always keep things fun and challenging. If you’re looking for a great place to get fit and meet awesome people, this is it!

Great ownership, very friendly staff and helpful for correcting form in the workouts. Good mix too of workouts throughout the week as well as regular change month to month to keep workouts changing and engaging the body in different movements.
