My mental health and physical abilities have greatly improved in being at f45 for such a short time. The location is bigger than other 45s that I have visited in the past. The community of people reminds me of my brotherhood in the army. The coaches provide good feedback, especially Brian , Stefanie and Jesse. The owner Alyssa is very understanding of my mental health issues and helps me without judging or without any sort of reproach. I enjoy this place and the people that I come into contact with. The mood is always the light and uplifting. My hospitalizations to the psychiatric ward have become less frequent coming to this place. Yes I challenge my body but I also challenge my mind. If you are looking for a place to call home visit and you will not be disappointed, Although the music does suck (jk). Stay blessed. Stay alert. Stay healthy in the mind and Spirit🙏.

F45 GSQ is AMAZING! The owners Alyssa & Zach really care about their members and have created a community/family. The coaches are top notch! They are always giving warm welcomes at the door, are motivating , always checking that we are using proper form and will help with modifications if needed or give encouragement to push yourself harder if you need that. Great variety in workouts and gym is always clean. Highly recommended!

Been going there for 2 months now with my better half (Dana). Being there has done wonders for both of us physically and mentally. Definitely enjoy the atmosphere, motivation, and how the trainers inspire you to keep going and coming back. The whole experience and staff are excellent that you don't realize how much is accomplished in 45 minutes. Also have an appreciation of how the classes are scheduled. Thank you to the GSQ family for not making us have any regrets being there.

Great location. They have a good amount of classes to choose from 7 days a week. I liked that they still had options of classes during the holidays. The coaches are attentive, the gym is clean, and it is a good atmosphere. I work out at several F45's and this is going to be one of the busier ones. So something to keep in mind, as you may want to book your classes out.

Joining F45GSQ has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. At the beginning, it was so incredibly hard but perseverance has paid off. The trainers are great- helpful - motivating. Thanks to Johnny, I feel guilty stopping before the bell even when he isn't there! The 45 minutes goes by so fast. And truthfully, one can do anything for 45 minutes.

I absolutely love coming to this gym! Everyone is so friendly and motivating which makes the tough workouts enjoyable. From the first time I came in I felt welcomed and like I was in the right place.
