F45 appears to be a very good community- if you are already a member.

I showed up early to a class this morning and asked for help filling out their start paperwork in person- which I had been advised to do on a previous visit to this facility.

The trainer was stressed and irritated when I said I was a new visitor. Then she turned her back on me to excitedly greet an existing member who brought a friend who was half my age and needed help with her paperwork.

As an older woman, I’m so tired of being ignored and disregarded in the fitness community. I will take my silver economy dollars elsewhere.
It’s too bad- I was really looking forward to having a place for good health in Aptos.

This is a great new gym. The workouts are hard, but I can feel my body improving already. Coaches are great and make a fun atmosphere.
