Her patience and willingness to answer all my questions is reassuring. Importantly: – She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is reliable and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Dana pushes me to my limits and helped me set healthy and realistic fitness goals. I find I actually look forward to my workouts with Dana. Her dedication and expertise have been instrumental in my fitness journey. Dana is a fantastic trainer! She always checks in to see how your body is feeling and modifies any moves to ensure your safety while maximizing your workout. Dana has an eye on our body mechanics with each move again to ensure our well-being and maximizing the movements. Dana goes beyond a training session by checking in between sessions particularly if I have a sore body part. Dana truly cares about her clients and her joy of health comes through in all she does!!

Dana is an absolutely phenomenal Trainer, fighter and instructor! I've had the pleasure of training MMA and jiujitsu's side by side with Dana @ Elite MMA gym Westlake Village for over a decade, and I have always been extremely impressed by her knowledge of physical fitness, nutrition, MMA and her personal training schedule with her clients! I've personally seen several of her clients in the gym transform their bodies and receive tremendous results on their physiques by following Dana's individualized training programs, nutritional advice and taking her self-defense classes. She is that extremely knowledgeable personal trainer who will get your body into its best physical conditioning possible.

We had a great experience with Dana! She is very knowledgeable and so generous with her time and information she shared. She was prepared for each session with a plan which she tailored to each of us in the group. Dana spent a lot of time outside of our sessions sending additional resources and continues to check in with us now. It’s a very personal and positive experience working with Dana. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a client of Dana’s since 2019. My journey started with a woman’s fitness challenge and Dana was responsible for lifting up my confidence and schooled me in the importance of honoring your body with healthy food, daily & consistent body movement & positive energy! And most importantly, there are no quick fixes. Don’t cheat. Have consistent goal setting and stick to it! If you are having a down day, it’s okay not to work out that day because you have another chance tomorrow! Don’t make yourself feel guilty. It’s okay to go slow to reach your goal. Never give up! Dana is an excellent, knowledgeable fitness trainer, empathic & has a loving soul. She cares about her people and proves it by holding you accountable! Who could ask for more? I have kept 40 lbs off by sticking with Dana & I highly recommend her! She’s an incredible woman and trainer!

Dana is the real deal when it comes to helping people get in shape and learn self defense. She is also a Veterinarian who decided to follow her real passion of fitness. She scuba dives and snow boards and is an example for all woman of how they can be if they set their minds to it. You will not be disappointed with Dana and her services.
