Going to Elevated Healing was one of the best decisions I made for myself in a long time. After trying four other treatment centers over the last couple of years, this was the one mental health program that made a difference, and I was finally able to complete it. From Glenn, my therapist, to all the amazing staff and the extra classes like art and music therapy, I constantly felt challenged to open up and face all the issues and emotions I’d been pushing down for years. I’ll never forget how heavy and lost I felt when I first started the program, and then when I was ready to be discharged, I literally felt like a huge boulder had been taken off my shoulders. Came here for my mother in law who was not only diagnosed with Stage 2 Pancreatic Cancer but was also struggling with debilitating acute depression. Before the program, she could barely get out of bed but with a good combo of intensive therapy and a few medication changes by the psychiatrist, we all witnessed a pretty radical transformation to where she was laughing, engaging more with the family, and even started gardening again. Our entire family will never forget Elevated Healing and the life changing work they do.

I really don't know what to say other than this place saved me. I came in for my intake in August and immediately started crying. I knew in that moment that I had a strong team of folks ready to help lift the burden from my shoulders. I felt super supported by the partnering psychiatrist who listened intently as I detailed my negative experiences with previously prescribed antidepressants. My individual therapist, Valerie, introduced me to EMDR therapy which was clearly something I needed to push me to unpack some deeply engrained negative thinking that was partially contributing to the anxiety and depression that I was experiencing. The mix of group, personal, and art therapy is done so professionally, but with a human touch that makes folks really open up. By the end of my journey in November, I had begun sharing some of my poetry and felt a sense of accomplishment. I knew it was time to end my time not because of any reason other than knowing that I was done. I completely recommend IOP to anyone who is struggling and especially recommend Elevated Healing Treatment Center, and the amazing team there.

I am so happy that I tried to go to Elevated Healing Center for my treatment. The center is very beautiful and peaceful ; the staff are very friendly and professional. After losing my son, I was suffering from depression and I had lost my desire for life. I wasn’t the same happy person anymore. When I started coming to the center , I gradually felt better, less depressed and more hopeful . My therapist helped me to realize that I still have important individuals in my life that they can give me purpose to live. She showed me that taking care of myself should be my main focus. When I am not too hard on myself , not too Judgmental toward others, and most importantly, not taking life so seriously, I will have a happy life. I recommend this center to people who are suffering from loss of a family member or suffering from depression and anxiety.

My sister was referred to this program following a short but scary hospital stay due to severe PTSD. The team at Elevated Healing made a highly distressing situation way more manageable, alleviating so much of our stress as a family during crisis. Also, fortunately for us, they were one of the few places we found that specialized in trauma which was another huge plus. If you're looking for a place that goes above and beyond and not just another clinic who only cares about how much they can juice out of each patient, look no further than Elevated Healing!!
