Mike is so wonderful! He has gone above and beyond for me. I am so grateful for the time and energy he has put into helping me stay healthy for my beach volleyball career at Cal Poly. He's taught me that pain usually comes from some kind of weakness in the body, so if you can find a way to strengthen that weakness it's very likely you'll be feeling quite a bit better! I've been seeing him for both massage and strength training and it's totally helped me excel as an athlete. I've worked with many great physical therapists throughout my knee injury recovery and even though Mike isn't "officially" a physical therapist he has been the most intuitive and knowledgable person I've worked with.

Best trainer period. I'm 43 and in my mind I have one more shot in my life to accomplish my athletic goals which was cut short in my younger years because I chose work/career over my college wrestling. I'm on a mission for this season of my life to accomplish the highest goals in my division for jiu jitsu and I need the best trainers, nutrition, regiment and I'm willing to put in the work. Mike Peevler is the absolute best trainer I've ever worked with(and I've worked with a lot). I feel like he cares as much as I do about my goals. He is more knowledgeable than anyone I've ever worked with in this space. He holds himself to the highest standards and encourages his athletes to do the same in a positive and constructive way. A total professional and I truly feel lucky to have him coach me. We train 3x a week and I get a massage weekly too and net result is that I'm stronger than I've ever been and I wrestled in college. I'm shocked with the gains and I've enjoyed the journey and guidance from the top dog coach bar none Mr Mike Peevler. If you can get into his calendar and you're not f'ing around with your health and wellness you'll see the difference between him and everyone else. He lives and breaths this stuff and it's contagious and we're all better off for it. 5 stars for my favorite coach no doubt.

I am very grateful to have found Elevate Massage + Performance. My body was worn down from overuse and injuries before starting a strength training program with Mike. After just 8 wks, I was able to gain 7lbs of muscle, along with the knowledge and confidence to apply in the gym moving forward. Mike is an AMAZING therapist, trainer and healer.
I had his massage and cupping therapy session for the first time to treat my chronic low back pain from tennis. He was able to pinpoint my problems instantly and gave me a series of treatments including a relaxing massage and powerful cupping therapy. He even gave me some effective exercise tips to strengthen my hamstrings for improving my back problem. I have seen significant improvements in my back pain since I saw him a few days ago. I highly recommend his therapy to anybody who has sports injuries.

Devon is the best sports massage therapist and I highly recommend him. He has worked wonders for me when I come in with anything from tightness/pain in my shoulder/neck, lower back, or legs. He is extremely knowledgeable about techniques to get stubborn muscle tightness to release. Everytime I leave after a massage session I feel like a new person. I have also tried the cupping add on which has been successful as well. I have had hundreds of massages from others and now Devon is the only person that I see. 5 stars!

Mike is not only the best athletic recovery massage therapist I have ever been too but also a genuinely stellar coach and person. I have yet to find another therapist who can assist me in getting back to lifting hard as quickly and effectively as Mike.
