Matt is wonderful to work with. I have trained with him for the past year or so. He always challenged me but made sure as we worked with equipment that was new to me or heavier weights we were working safely. His gym is so clean and well organized. He adds new equipment thoughtfully and really works to make sure there is a variety of equipment and exercises used in a session. I've enjoyed working with Matt so much and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer or to work on achieving personal fitness goals.

I have been doing weight training for the past 14 years. Recently I have begun training with Matt, working in his new studio which is clean, safe and well equipped. I am impressed with Matt's knowledge of anatomy and ability to explain what your muscles are doing and where they need to be strengthened. I appreciate his ability to communicate this in language that anyone can understand. I find Matt to be knowledgeable, attentive, able to modify exercises depending on need, encouraging and optimistic about progress. He makes going to the gym an educational adventure. I recommend him without reservation.

Matt has been dedicated to fitness and health for 20+ years. I have been doing personal training with him for a year, twice a week. He is consistently kind, professional, helpful, patient, thoughtful, and thorough. His equipment is well kept and clean. He has helped me train through injuries and balancing issues with skill and confidence. Working through the pandemic has been challenging, but it has been no problem with Matt. What an excellent experience Matt's created for me at a time when we are all focused on staying healthy or improving our health!

His gymnastics background is so valuable - he really understands the body and how everything works together. I appreciate not only his knowledge and ability but also his patience, positivity and the careful thought he puts into my regimen.

With masks on, clean hands and squeaky cleaned equipment, we begin each time.

Matt is the best trainer I have had and I recommend him to anyone who wants to take a step toward greater physical wellness.

Matt has been my personal trainer for 3 years now and each time we meet it's a brand new experience! I never can predict
what exercises we will be doing on any given day, it's always changing and doesn't get old or boring! Because of our work together I am stronger, have better balance and coordination and endurance, all very important for me heading into my mid-sixties! Since the pandemic my husband now joins us. Matt can facilitate both of our different fitness levels successfully each time we meet!

I have really enjoyed working with Matt and getting back into a fitness routine over the last ~6 months.
I can really tell the difference in my strength and balancing skills, even as a pretty athletic guy to start with. He’s really been able to push me and guide me through increasingly challenging lifts, but never in a way that’s left me feeling completely wasted after a session.

Updating to add that over the last few months, Matt has been helping me get my home gym setup and build a personal routine to supplement the one I have with him!
This was a big goal for me as I started with him, but felt too daunting to take on alone.

I have been training for over 50 years. Several of those years have been with Matt. The results from Matt’s coaching have been excellent. Each session with Matt is unique and effective. I especially like the way Matt mixes up the exercises for each session. Confusing the muscles with an array of different exercises is something I look forward to during my sessions with Matt. As I said, I’ve been in the fitness game for decades. Based on my experience, I would say you too can realize your fitness goals if you hire Matt as your trainer.
