I've been training with Willie for 4 years in both HIIT group classes and one-on-one weight lifting personal training sessions. He selects custom workouts fit to your personal fitness needs/goals. The DubFit studio equipment is top-notch! Willie encourages using a macros nutrition plan and he will guide you to choose the right amounts for your needs. Willie is a fantastic fitness trainer and I highly recommend DubFit!

DubFit is the best around! Willie designs personalized workouts to target each client’s specific needs. I have done circuit training as well as weight training with Willie and have gained strength, coordination, and lost weight! Dubfit is a excellent gym to go to if you crave the boutique feel. His HIIT classes are small and the workout is great! Its awesome to be apart of a group that doesn't judge and is a perfect place for people of all shapes and sizes. I've switch to Zoom HIIT classes and love it just as much . Willie pushes you in a gentle way and he always emphasizes... You get out what you put into it!! I always feel uplifted and accomplished after his workout!

I’ve been working with Willie for several years now. I started with him to help me get into better shape - lose fat and build muscle. Willie will design a workout that focuses on your personal goals and he will motivate you to reach those goals. Obviously it is up to you to do the work or as Willie says “Do the damn thang!” but it definitely helps to have someone you need to be accountable to. Willie also stresses the importance of eating properly/healthy, which is really 80-90% of getting fit. Willie won’t knock you down for wanting eat what you want but he won’t sugar coat it either and will tell you the truth. Thanks Willie!
