DRG has been a partner to us for over 10 years. They take our needs seriously and are very flexible when our schedules change. They support our inventory programs and have great total costs. They are responsive and make recommendations for cost savings. Overall, very happy with them.

I'll reluctantly award one star. Would like to have a negative if available. We were given our notice after a 30 + year relationship. They told us that they have enough customers. The job that I had placed would be taking at least a month while they serve their large clients. They told us to FIND ANOTHER LABEL COMPANY! We have to PURCHASE TOOLING AGAIN. They have all of our dies and plates from the last 30 years.
We are working with Legacy Label and they treat us right. I highly recommend NOT WORKING with DRG. Send your work to Legacy.

For many years FLEXcon has provided pressure sensitive film options i.e. Vinyl, Polyester etc to DRG. We look at DRG as a valued customer, their team of Customer Service, Sales and management are top notch. Their manufacturing capabilities and focus on quality is key to their on going success. Very unprofessional. We have been ordering labels from them for years. In June 2018 we received a letter stating they could no longer provide service to us due to changes in their business. In August 2019 we received another letter by the new VP of Sales stating he was shocked by the approach that was taken by his predecessor. We then started placing orders with them. In the beginning of November 2020 we had sent them 3 orders. They moved out the ship date twice, then on December 16, 2020 we received yet another letter from them stating they will not be producing the 3 orders we had in house with them or any future orders. Of course, this left us in a very bad situation. Again, very unprofessional!!

Garbage company they work there employees like dogs and treat them trash they can't even pay there people my wife has been working there for a month with no pay and favoritism is rampant they are just worthless
