This was a fantastic spa visit. I was so happy with both the facial that I received and the massage.

The atmosphere is really tranquil, and the people are professional and kind. I just have to say the one thing (I would not mark this down from five stars because once you get past the front desk, it doesn’t matter at all) that was not great was the phone call that I made to make the appointment and the reception that I received when I arrived was not very nice.

Maybe she was having a little bit of a difficult day but both on the phone and in person I felt that I was completely getting talked down to. Just the expressions that were used would have totally turned me off from this place. I did have a gift certificate that was bought for me so I did not have that option and I’m so glad that I went because the experience was great.

But back to the good parts of the visit. The masseuse was so sweet. She kept making sure that I was getting the right amount of pressure. She did a phenomenal job too. She was a pro!

The facial was also completely amazing. I felt so pampered by the time that I left and completely relaxed, and my skin was glowing.

I surprised my wife for her birthday with an appointment at Dolce Vita Luxury Day Spa. I booked the Head & Scalp Massage ($95) and a Deep Tissue Massage ($165), expecting a top-tier, luxurious experience. While the staff was kind and the environment seemed relaxing, the services didn’t meet the expectations that come with the premium pricing.

For the Head & Scalp Massage, the therapist didn’t ask my wife if she’d like her hair bun taken down, which limited the experience, and no oils or treatments were used — something you'd typically expect with a service focused on the scalp. She mentioned it felt dry and underwhelming. The deep tissue massage was okay, but nothing memorable.

At this price point, we were hoping for more attention to detail and a higher level of care. A more personalized approach would have gone a long way.

I received a gift card for this place. I was a little hesitant to schedule because I didn’t know who to schedule with. I scheduled on a whim because I so badly needed a massage. I saw Penny. She did an amazing job! Really concentrated on the problem areas but addressed everything. I left feeling way more relaxed and way less tension. Will definitely be back!

Today was my husband and my second time here. We love their couples packages. Everyone is so friendly, and the massage therapists we had both times were great. We have yet to try a facial, however the sauna, bubble bath, massage, and lunch are all delightful. We’ve been in a private suite each time, and we appreciate not having to share with anyone else. The dim lighting, candles, and relaxing music throughout the spa make for a very calming atmosphere. We love the madelines and lindor chocolates. We’re very happy with our time spent here.

My husband sent me here for my birthday and it is truly luxurious and relaxing. I have been struggling to find a good day spa in the Sacramento area and this definitely rises to the occasion. I filled out an intake form for my massage and was asked about medical conditions, things that help chronic pain, etc. And it was very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised that my massage therapist took my feedback into account and crafted my massage to be tailored just for me. On my form, I said that stretching and hot water helps my chronic pain feel better, and listed all of my pain areas. She focused on those areas, but she also used hot rags as part of my massage and she assisted in helping me stretch as part of my massage. I've never had a massage like that before, but it was otherworldly. My facial was great too, and my skin was renewed and glowing when I left. I was happy to purchase some of the products my aesthetician used during the facial and she gave me a skincare plan written down once I checked out. The staff were all very kind and attentive and I felt extremely pampered. I will definitely make my way back here for future spa trips.

As a med spa member for over 2yrs I am honestly considering ending my membership. I used to rave about this place to EVERYONE and told everyone about all of the benefits of being a member, however, I think the owner is making changes that is causing a huge disservice.
1. We used to get a monthly bonus, which was then the chance for providers to recommend additional services and specials to me (which I often purchased) and that is now gone.
2. I have never been able to successfully use my day pass due to it being “too full”.
3. I can no longer use the spa side when getting a med spa treatment done.
4. The high turnover rate of staff is ridiculous! And I fully believe this is due to how the owner treats their staff.
Overall, there is no longer any benefit in being a member and I can honestly go anywhere else to receive my services. I’ll probably try and find one of their previous providers and seek services from them. The owner creates a lovely facade, but is really just money hungry.

As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is great, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed relaxing before the massage with a mimosa, the changing room is clean, the massage was great, very professional and thorough. Overall experience was great, Thank you!

Nataliya is an amazing massage therapist! I've been under a lot of stress and have chronic tension in my neck, and she worked wonders! She was kind, and had the ability to do deep tissue without making me feel like I was beat up. 10/10 recommend her, and I will be back in the future!
