This company is amazing! California escrow companies come across many situations where the seller is subject to IRS withholding because of the seller's "foreign person" status. I wish there was a "ZERO" rating

These guys are “GOUGING” $2700 for a basic State tax return which I just secured for $225 in Palm Springs.

They gouged me when I needed the 15% sent back and I ATE it due to time constraints.

I will be leaving this feedback on local social media wherever they have offices… so be warned they are NOT REPUTABLE.. charging 12X as much as anyone else!!

I will also alert my Canadian friends to these people.
