I had the pleasure of attending Della’s group for Newly Licensed Clinicians and found it extremely insightful and a wonderful way to connect with other professionals in the field. Della's capacity to hold space with such compassion and empathy set the tone for the group. Though I am just starting out, this group provided me with so many resources and information on things to consider when trying to establish your own practice, and suggestions of referral sources. It was also really helpful to hear about other clinicians’ experiences and things that I have not had to consider yet, and get some tips on working with clients. I truly appreciate everyone who I have met so far through this group and believe that conversations in spaces like these are really important!

Met Della as part of a professional networking group for new professionals in mental health. Della took her time to get to know me as an emerging profession and what strengths I was looking to utilize as well as challenges I was facing entering the field. She was approachable, positive, and very knowledgeable while remaining engaging. I learned more in two hours then I have learned at all day workshops...and more fun!
