I went to see Christina because I felt I was drowning in grief due to the loss of my husband five years ago. I had a hypnosis session with Christina 4 weeks ago to help me overcome my addiction to Diet Pepsi. I waited to share my experience to see if it really worked for me longer term, and I'm happy to report it has! The best way I can describe the outcome is that I now have will-power and the ability to make good decisions for myself. I used to let the craving trump any desire I had to quit drinking soda, and then I would shame myself for not making better decisions. I highly recommend Christina! Talking to her is super easy, and her medical background from being an RN helps gave her better terminology to help my subconscious truly understand why I needed to stop the habit.
