I felt very welcomed by Coach Dawn. The gym is clean and the people friendly. There is a large range of ages that attend from people in their 20s to others in their 60s. With a variety of body and ability types. I've worked with both Coach Dawn and Coach Curt who were both attentive. They make sure you have the form correct while also encouraging you. I started about 5 months ago and am so glad I got the courage to start going. I don't consider myself the most coordinated person and the coaches have been able to help me modify workouts to help me improve and grow my confidence. If you're on the fence, try out a class! Seriously, a great group of people if you are looking for some community and to get healthier.

Awesome coaches! Fun community. Crossfit is truly "training to not suck at life"! I use it almost every day. I am happier, healthier, fitter, and look better due to Crossfit. Code 4 is a great box where the coaches are always helping and people are friendly.
