Our instructor Angelina was really enthusiastic and thorough. She was engaging and open to answering questions. I appreciated her attention to detail and how comfortable she made me feel. She also provided trigger warnings for certain videos during the first aid portion that were very thoughtful. We took the infant CPR and first aid class with Josh. We have a 7mo old so we were taking the class at a bit of a later time than most, but we felt the class did a great job at giving us confidence for beginning to feed our baby solid food as well as her becoming mobile. Josh made the time fly by and allowed me to ask as many questions as needed, he also had a great sense of humor!
