I have tried to add someone to my case since October. And everytime they keep saying the SAR-7 we did was incomplete. So I'd call. Then end up going in. Being told everything is fine. Then I get another letter or text message saying my SAR-7 is incomplete yet again. So I call. Just to have to go in. Told the same thing. Now I get yet another text message. Tried to see what they need through their website. Doesn't state it. Call. Told phone lines are busy. Not even a call back option. Now will be my fourth visit. I'm beyond over dealing with incompetence from these people. Please do better. Do your job. And update your websites.

Good Customer Service. Not too crowded today. If you need help with Medical Insurance, Food Stamps or Cash Aide this is where you apply. Most workers are Compassionate. Same spot for Elderly People who need Care.
