I have been using Counsol for many years and I really enjoy. It has been evolving and adding new ways to keep my record in an efficient and fast way. I love being able to create my own forms and integrate them within the client portal. It is user friendly and allows me to have full control of all my files in one place. I would recommend for sure.

This service has been nothing but fantastic for me for years. I switched several years ago and am so glad I did. It's amazing on user ease, financially, organizationally, and comprehensively. I love the easiness and effectiveness of their customer service and the fact that you have a personal assigned to your account. They have been great! They respond and gives solutions to my requests very quickly. I love that I can communicate with the clients securely and that my forms were uploaded and the patient just fill them out there before coming to the first session. The reminders for the appointments via text have been very effective too.

Love Counsol! I've been with them for years and over the years greater and more effective tools are being added to the system here and there. The personalized customer service and range of customization is unparalleled. Client reminders reduce no-shows and the client self-booking feature means less time on the phone negotiating a convenient time. There are no limits on sessions, claim filing, or card processing and they don't charge any additional costs for anything - you only have to pay the membership fee.
It's a lot to take in a first because you have so much freedom over how the system is set up for your practice, but your personal account manager can walk you through the whole process, and they'll be your point person anytime you have a question or need help - much more comforting than a toll-free help line. No one else does all that they do, as securely as they do, for the affordable price that they do, and still cares so much about their members' satisfaction - I saw another site even use Counsol in its Google ad pretending to be them.

Good EHR. Some upgrades needed, but they are very responsive and are constantly making changes. Best customer service I've experienced for sure.
