Horrendous. This provider shows up as being in network for Anthem Blue Shield. Do not be fooled by this! They make you pay out of pocket after services are rendered. I had to fight for my money back, and they still owe me over $2000, for someone being "in network." They take a week to "approve" your insurance. There is only 1 doctor in the office, and they oversee the work of the other "counselors," however, the "counselors" are not in network so you'll have a nice big fat bill waiting for you.

I received an entire hour long session with someone who just got Covid. They were visibly sick and not paying attention. I asked for a refund, and I was denied.

After many emails with this provider, I have been blocked by their IT person. So they will just block you if you annoy them and ask them too many questions. I don't think I've been blocked by a company in my entire life. I asked for "superbills" or whatever they call them, and the amounts were incorrect for what I was actually billed.

The "COO", I use that title loosely, is the wife of the doctor. Go figure! Love the nepotism, and money hungry family of the Browns.

On the logistics side, scheduling was a breeze, and the staff was down-to-earth. No fancy corporate vibe—just real people doing real work.
