I had a difference of opinion, nurse/practitioner said she was dropping a med without opening her file. She took daughter off some of her depression med. She stayed in bed all of the time, depressed. She had a blood clot in her leg because of it. Placed on blood thinners, hospitalized three times because of it. Guess I was right about her meds anyway!. Her file was closed but this nurse

Was constantly bounced around from therapist to therapist (4 different ones in a single year). My last therapist straight up ghosted me and stopped picking up the phone when I would call her for our regularly scheduled appointments. Not to mention they put me on a medication they refused to refill and made me go through horrific withdrawals.

The office was supposed to transfer me to a therapist who took my insurance, but they never did. It's been over a month, and they just slacked off. Aren't they supposed to be in the business of helping people, especially those who have been through trauma? All the bad reviews about this place are probably right.

Didn't schedule two visits right knowing I have no vehicle, lied to me about a treatment plan and when I left in crisis their crisis line had nothing to say. They will promise you one thing and you get there and its the opposite. I try to get help and they spit in my face. Cowards all them. In fact my trust in them is entirely shattered. All I wanted was help but lied to, mistreated, and judged. And before someone comments, I have proof
