I've been working with Jenna Kuru for almost 5 years now. She has been a critical part of my mental health journey with her creativity and endless ideas. She seems to have a well of ideas to pull upon that has kept me hopeful and encouraged even in the darkest times. She always has something up her sleeve to try if something isn't working. In addition, she's always taken my lifestyle, beliefs, and feelings into consideration which makes me feel like my care is collaborative. I can't say enough good about Jenna and her approach. She has helped change my life for the better. Her genuine care, humor, and empathy is amazing and is what's made her my longest-running health provider.

What would I do without Jenna…?! We’ve been working together for almost 5 years and there’s nothing like your provider knowing/accepting/celebrating your journey AND always having your back. In addition to always getting my meds right (happily researching things where she may have an outstanding question because Jenna’s a triple-checker who loves brain science and holistic care), she linked me up with a functional diagnostic nutritionist who unlocked my hormonal system (yay for referrals that work well with existing treatments!), addresses messages from me and my pharmacy in no time, advocates for my care with insurance, will get me on the schedule within 2 days if things feel urgent, and is effective incorporating talk therapy into our sessions. Plus she’s so caring and hilarious! I found Jenna at a very low and scary time and I’m beyond thankful for these years of healing and growing together. Thank you, Jenna!

My experience with Jenna Kuru, Psych.NP has been phenomenal. She is an excellent listener, a shrewd diagnostician, and as a fellow traveler on the Adult ADHD highway, has been instrumental in not only prescribing just the right meds to treat my ADHD and anxiety, but also provided helpful insights, and great support.
