An outstanding therapist by the name of Josh Adkins that practices out of this counseling facility. He is truly a gift to the profession. He worked extremely well with my son and family during a traumatic moment in our lives. A great listener, compassionate, patient, empathetic and knowledgeable in guiding his clientele unto the realizations of their “own light bulb” moments. If I could I’d give him 10 stars, Josh has been a tremendous comfort when my son needed some extra support. Highly recommended, if you’re able to be cleared as acceptable clientele through admin.

My daughter had been seeing a therapist for personal issues in the past. When we moved, we started service with Compass. The gal my daughter is seeing is attentive and understanding to her needs. She is able to speak openly to her about emotional trauma from her past. She even has special chairs to choose when being seated for therapy! In our home, harmony is being restored with each counseling session.

Very discouraged and extremely unprofessional. Carol admitted to picking on me and will continue doing so. I have left there feeling defeated every time. She gave us notes for homework that were unlegible and i asked for clarification which she refused to give us. She told me she does not do texting yet i heard her tell her clients before to text her. Its clear she picks on us. Ive been in therapy for years and i love it, this has not been a good experience at all. We are going through a lot and really had prayed this would help us, so far its just made it even worse for us. Counseling should be encouraging and uplifting, or at least this is how ive felt with my personal counselors. I in no way feel this way leaving here.

I spoke with her. Made an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment the office was locked. She never showed up, never returned a call or even a text. I thought she must have gotten into some kind of an accident.
It isn't easy to seek help with personal issues. I had finally got up the nerve to call and then nothing. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.
