Huge waste of time. Bought a fixer upper mobile home in AZ and found several major leaks underneath that cause flooding when the water is turned on. Called Colorado River Plumbing and they sent someone out fast. They called me in California and to say it was all fixed and to collect payment.

I was so happy I paid the invoice over the phone and drove 3 hours to use the property for the weekend. When I got there however I quickly learned the water had never been turned on. How do you detect water leaks with no water in the pipes? I turned the water on and sure enough 3 geysers were still there....nothing was fixed. My neighbors stopped by to tell me the plumber was only out of the truck for about 10 minutes.

I called Colorado River Plumbing the next week to ask what I paid them for and they couldn't tell me as the invoice lacked any information about the work performed. They told me they would send another tech out to make it right and fix all leaks free of charge. They assured me my neighbors must be lying about the tech only being there for 10 minutes, since they have Verizon fleet tracking. (My Verizon phone doesn't work in Topock)

I made a second trip to meet another tech a week later and they told me they can't fix the problem, and that they will only do a full or/partial rep-pipe the home since it's not cost effective to repair small sections. Why didn't they tell me this the first time? They took videos of the leaks and left.

I decided to give them a second chance and called the office later to set up partial re-piping of the home. They told me the owner of the company had decided they won't do anything short of a full re-pipe of the home.... all or nothing! So 2 days wasted, $230, and nothing fixed. I told the office lady I was not happy, and she promised the owner was going to call me and find some resolution. Never got a call back.

They were very professional and they got the job done for a good price didn't go through my insurance company cuz it was three times the amount through the insurance company and I would have had to pay more for my deductible than what I would have had to pay with Colorado River
