Everytime i take things in they say the “wear” is too much even if I have brand new things in the bag. I see what they have on their racks and some of the items are in terrible condition. The young girls running the counter have no idea about classic styles. The prices used to be very good but now all items are priced higher, 39$ for a belt

Very poor customer service, very rude clerk! You'd think when a customer enters your store, you'd acknowledge them, especially if they are standing at the counter while you fold clothes 1 ft away. A simple Good Afternoon I'll be right with you.....wouldn't be too hard. In addition, the store is packed, making it unappealing.
